pumping at work

I returned to work last week and had intentions of pumping 3x a day but it's getting kind of tough to fit in all 3.  This week I've only been pumping 2x and I'm still getting enough milk for DD.  She is taking 3 bottles at daycare, so will pumping only twice affect my supply?  Should I be pumping at the same time that she's eating, or does it not matter since I'm getting as much as she's taking?  I will absolutely do 3 sessions if it means I can keep up with her... I just didn't realize it would take so much time!!

If you're keeping up with her, then no worries.  If you start to notice a dip, either pump for longer or add a third session back in.

Agreed.  I pump 3 times at work, but get four bottles worth.

LC told me that when I return to work I should take 3 3 ounce bottles and plan on pumping twice each day.  She did not encourage me to pump more often, she said that should allow me to keep up.
