The other choice is my fav Vivian BUT she would have the initials V.D. Which seems like a deal breaker. Help!

Re: Annika or Avianna? In L&D w no name!
Annika by a mile. It's so pretty!
Is Avianna even a name? It just makes me think of "Evian water." Or birds.
Annika is the better of the two. Avianna looks ..... messy. I do love Vivian (obvi!) but I agree, VD would be a deal breaker for me. Have you tried plugging Vivian into nymbler.com? You might stumble across the perfect name that way!
Good luck!

This. Annika for sure. Don't do Avianna!
Agreed.

Annika love, the other sounds like a birdcage....
I really like Annika (couldn't get H on board). I agree with others - Avianna sounds like birds or bottled water... not a fan. V.D. really is not that big of a deal, IMO if you and H really love Vivian.
I would vote Annika over Avianna and Vivian.
Good luck!
I really like Annika!
Im in a similar boat. Baby is due to arrive on 3-8 and we haven't even picked a name! He's going to be Baby Bobble if we can't decide!
Love Annika! Btw, there was a post about the initials "VD" on NameCandy and the general consensus was that almost nobody uses the term "VD" anymore, certainly by the time our babies are in school, so it should be fine:
https://www.namecandy.com/name-lady/2012/01/16/how-bad-are-these-initials
This exactly.
7 anovulatory cycles, 1 cycle 50 mg clomid, 4 cycles 100mg clomid, HSG double blockage, hysteroscopy with cyst and debris removal, fermara/IUI attempt abandoned because of anovulation, follistim/IUI attempt coming soon!
Vivian is my favorite (VD wouldn't be a problem for me), but I also love Annika.
I really dislike Avianna. It sounds very trendy to me.
Have a great L&D, and let us know which one she is!
Interesting, I will have to check that out. DH doesn't think it's a big deal, but
I feel weird about it. Thanks

Good call on not using the initials VD. I do like Vivian (although I prefer Vivienne - I like French girl names) anyways...
I much prefer Avianna to Annika.

100000000% Annika. I love this name!
Also, I love Vivian. I don't think the initials are that bad.
Congrats!
