Prepping diapers

I just prepped all of my GMD newborn prefolds.  They quilted nicely and are nice and soft.  I now have 5 Thirsties covers, 3 Bumgenius 4.0 with inserts, and a Thirsties Duo Fab Fitted.  I know that unlike the cotton prefolds, I just have to wash and dry these once and they are prepped.  My question is, can I prep everything together or do I have to separate the covers from the bumgenius and thirsties fitted diaper?
