Alexandria baby shower location?

Hi.  I am throwing a baby shower for a friend in Alexandria and need to find a place to have it.  My budget is $10-12 a person for light fare (not full meal) and maybe tea/one cocktail option.  Is my budget reasonable in Alexandria and can you suggest a place?  Thanks!

For that amount of money, I might look at catering it in someone's home or at a party room in someone apartment/condo complex.

I threw a shower at the Union Street Public House pretty reasonably but that was about 5 years ago. They had a nice party room and were easy to work with.
