Chapped lips

Tonight while cryin LO made his lip bleed. Now when he cries again it will hurt him. Any suggestions? Lip balm? Help

    Ok not chapped. Just a little dry and he split his lip. I was reading online now I'm all worried.

    I've heard and I've read to use lanolin nipple cream to hear babies lips. Its safe and heals the cracks.

    You can try Vaseline too, it really helped DD when her lips were constantly cracking

    Is LO hydrated? Or is it an allergy or the weather?

    put a little bit of breast milk on them, maybe that will help.  I used to put it on DD's forehead when she got really dry.
