If you owned/own a doppler...

My doppler is supposed to show the heartrate on the screen but it more times than mot, it doesn't.  I don't think its broken cause a few times its shown the LOs HR or mine but a lot of the time I can hear LOs fast heart beating away yet the screen is blank.

Do you think my (used) doppler is dysfunctional?  Does your doppler always display a HR number when you can hear it?

Mine does the same thing and it's brand new. A few of the women on my other BMB are having the same experiences... Someone said that you can hear the hb before the Doppler can pick it up number wise consistently.

Same thing with mine.  When you get closer to 20 weeks, then it will be more consistent.  FWIW, the ones they sell aren't as strong as the professional ones.
