My 18 month old has decided his new favorite thing to do is to walk backwards. He thinks that doing this is hilarious. Anyone else have a child that does this?
Yep. Around 12 months she started walking back wards then around 15 months she discovered she could spin around and make herself dizzy. She still enjoys both of these activities. If only we grown ups could find such pleasure in something so small.
I'm a little scared because my "spirited" 12 month old loved to walk backwards and spin at about 10 months (still does, actually). What is he going to do at 18 months? Fly? Try to fly?
Re: Walking backwards???
DD has been doing that since she was a year old.. She finds it really funny too.
Her new thing is spinning until she is so dizzy she falls over.
Yes. Once C started walking he began walking backwards all the time. He still does it a lot.
