Today starts my 3rd week back at work. The first week I pumped 3x a day. Since last week, and based on my schedule for this week, I am only going to be able to pump twice a day. Whether pumping 3x in the first week or 2x last week, I get only between 7 and 10 ounces total from both pumps.
I started "practice pumping" the week before I came back and identified that I do not react well to the pump, and I have been trying to up my supply with use of a hospital grade pump, pushing fluids, taking herbs (Mothers Milk Plus) and frequent nursing when I am home.
DS needs 16-20 oz depending on his schedule and mine that day, so I have been barely making it with weekend and before bed pumps to fill the gap. We'll be incorporating formula when there is a gap.

I pumped 3x a day, I think 4x for the first week because I was so scared about not having enough. I went down to 2x a day for the last month or two. I started out getting 15-20 oz and that died over the year.
I always had my best session at home in the morning before work.

I cut back last week. I used to pump 3x and get 20-25oz, this & last week I'm only pumping 2x and getting 15-18oz. I send DD to daycare with 18 and she usually only takes 13.5 (plus on oz or so mixed in food for lunch).
I'm wondering if I may regret the cut back, but I hate pumping and she's 8mos this week. I figure as long as I'm close to keeping up we can BF on the days we're together and since LO is much better than the pump she'll get enough. And, with ~750oz frozen, we'll make it until the transition to WCM which was what I was hoping to do.

Thanks! The unfortunate source of my boobs keeping up is that I have high prolactin (always), which is why DD took so long to make her appearance in the world. It's a curse while TTC (and wondering WTF is going on) and a blessing while BFing.
Exactly this. I also am usually able to pump 4-6 oz overnight and first thing in the morning and send E to daycare with 16-20 oz.

I am not back to work yet but I pump twice a day and I get about 12 oz. I plan on pumping one time at work, I will feed him before I leave pump at 4 hrs and then feed him as soon as I get off. If he isn't hungry I will pump then as well.

I pump at 9:30am and 2pm and nurse DS at noon. In the morning, I pump anywhere from3 to 6 ozs and 2 to 3oz at 2pm. DS drinks 3.5 oz at 10 am and 2 pm. I usually have just enough. If not, I use my freezer stash. My left is high producer than right and I am also lopsided!
I am going back to work on Thursday and will only be able to pump on my lunch break. I'm nervous about my supply going down. I have been pumping to build a supply and can get 4 oz in 15 minutes (total both sides) after a feeding. My right side is much higher producing as well!
I work 12s and usually can pump 2x. I get ~15oz while I'm there. Each pumping session I almost always get 3oz from left and 5 from the right. I'm not sure how much she eats yet because I recently started this new schedule and I work nights.

I made a little over what he needed. At the most I could make about 20 oz at work for a total of 32 when he was drinking 30 oz. I didn't want to be attached to the pump 24/7 so at 7 months I introduced formula and slowly cut down to where I was making 20 oz of milk and mixing it with 10 oz of formula.

It all depends on whether I can go feed her at lunch. I will usually pump 1x at 10am, go feed her at 1pm, and then pick her up by her 4pm feed.
If I can't go feed at 1, then I will pump again.
I get about 3oz each time, 1oz from the left, 2oz from the right. I am very lopsided.

I pump when I wake up and stop at 5 oz bc LO will be up soon after.
At work, I pump once and get 9-11 oz.
LO takes 12 oz to school each day, but refuses to eat there .
I freeze the excess. My stash is up to about 360 oz. LO refuses bottles. I'm not sure how to get him to drink this milk.
