Hi ladies,

Do any of you wear maternity support bands, and if so, which one do you recommend? My sister suggested I add one to my registry, but I'm not sure which ones are best.

Depending on when your baby shower is, you may just want to buy it yourself. I started wearing mine at 25-26 weeks. My shower isn't until I'm almost 34 weeks.

I have this one and I like it pretty well. It kinda cuts into me after 9 hrs at work, so I've been wearing my BellaBand underneath it. Another popular brand in Prenatal Cradle.

I haven't needed one, so I don't know how common they are.  I thought I would need one since I've had a tummy tuck and my OB thought things might get more painful for me.  Honestly, rather than register for something that you think you might/maybe/could possibly need, I'd just buy it yourself once you KNOW you need one.

Thanks for all the responses ladies. I'm pretty sure I will need one given that I'm on my feet all day and also have mild scoliosis. I should have clarified that the registry I've created is for my own shopping. If in fact I am given a shower, I thought it would be convenient to already have a list of things I'll need, but haven't yet purchased.
