which way does the diaper pail liner go?

I just bought another diaper pail liner (been using just 1 for way too long and I'm getting tired of stacking wet diapers on the floor on top of each other while waiting for the liner to come out of the wash every other day).  The liner is bought is a planet wise.  There were no instructions to indicate which side is supposed to be the inside!  Is it supposed to be the plasticky feeling one or the fabricky feeling one?  (technical terms ; ) )

Thank you!!!  My other one is a cheapy junky one and leaks no matter which side is facing out so I never knew which was proper!!  : )

I used to use the plastic side on the inside, but it was always stinky after being washed.  Now I use the fabric side on the inside and don't have stink issues with the liner.
