Finally the Doctor set a plan!

I went in for my appointment today and I finally got some answers! They measured me and were about it send me on my way. Then I was like "That's it? Are you serious?" The student talked to the doctor and aggreed that because I have not had any progress in this last week that if by next Wednesday night he is still not showing signs of arrival, we will be fitted with the foley cathater (sp?) and induced Friday. So at least there is a plan! I bet this little guy is going to come on his own now that I have a plan. I just feel so much better having an end date but I hope he comes on his own.

I guess I don't see the rush just yet.  I'm actually asking for more time before induction or repeat c-section if labor doesn't start on its own.  They are willing to letme go 41.5 weeks.  After my first delivery I want to avoid being induced especially with pitocin.

She will be almost 42 weeks by her induction date (if she lasts that long)... So I do see the rush for her.

OP, congrats! Its so nice to have a "light at the end of the tunnel"! Good luck! Here's to hoping you go on your own, and to an easy induction if you have one!
