...specifically for your face...since I'll be turning the big 3-0 this year I feel like I need to use some sort of anti-aging product, but don't know what to use. I usually just wash my face with soap and water and use a moisturizer. Curious to hear what others do?

I just bought St. Ives apricot scrub for blemishes and blackheads. I was in desparate need of an exfoliator. I was one of the cheapest, but I love it! I usually use Neutrogena fash wash...I'm no help, sorry!
I use cetaphil at night and the neutrogena with the salycilic acid in the shower. I still get breakouts a lot so I don't feel comfortable just using a cleanser.
As far as moisturizer I use aveeno positively radiant or something like that.
In the mornings I use St Ives scrub for blemishes (the medicated one) in the shower and put on Oil of Olay with SPF. At night I use the Say Yes to Cucumbers face wipes and put on Oil of Olay night cream a couple times a week.
Personally I think most of the anti-aging/firming products are complete crap and it's a genetics thing because my mom didn't have one wrinkle until she was 60 and she only used Johnson's baby lotion (the pink kind) her entire life. She used it in the morning and at night and just washed with soap and water. I also think staying out of the sun, using SPF every day and keeping your skin moisturized does more to help then any product.
Re: Share your skin care regimen...
I don't have a regimen per se.

I'm super cheap so I go really drugstore basic.
