No Sudden Movements...

I'm a first timer at 37 weeks 4 days and I feel like if I stand up too quickly or make any sudden movements my uterus might just fall out! Is this normal?

Yes it is normal and very uncomfortable. I am also dealing with this. My OB suggested to hold my belly on the very bottom close to my underwear line as I stand to support it. It really does help, exspecially when getting off the toilet or couch. Good Luck and I hope this helps!

Yep - normal. And ouchie! I kinda feel like he's feeling gravity in there, finally, and that he bonks his head on the exit whenever I get up.
