Planetwise Pail Liner ? - Very stupid ?...

Please forgive my ignorance but I am now very confused.    I was reading the post below about the Planetwise pail liner and now I just can't wrap my head around how it is supposed to go inside the pail.

I have used in the past Blueberry Wet bags that just hung on a hook but now that we are doing solids it was getting too stinky, even with washing every other day.

Anyhoo, I got a pail and I had a Planetwise pail liner that I have never used and it fits into my pail better than the Blueberry does (the blueberry drawstring seems to cause my pail lid to hang up and not close properly).

So, how am I supposed to put the pail liner in the pail?  Should the pull be on the outside or the inside?

Since I am being so stupid about this, I have the little giraffe print one, should the giraffe print be on the outside against the pail and the shiny pull side be on the inside where i put the diapers or the opposite?  Pull side on the outside against the pail and the giraffes on the inside where I put the diapers?

 Maybe a picture would help, anybody willing to take a picture of how their pail liner is in and help this very confused Mom out???

Shiny so you can see it, dull side so you can't.

ETA: Trust me, you don't want poop on the "fabric" part of the bag. The easiest side to clean should be touching the diapers.

This is what I thought and what I have been doing which is why I am so confused!  Thanks Pixy!

We put shiny PUL inside touching diapers. With a PlanetWise bag the tag is on the outside touching the pail.

ditto both. You want the PUL to be on the inside, so the shiny side inside.
