Dizzy and nausea

 So the past two days i have been having these awful dizzy spells followed by nausea. My morning sickness has been gone for two months now so I dont think thats it. Yesterday i wrote it off as taking that stupid glucose test, but now its happening again today. Its getting so bad to the point i feel like im gonna fall over. I have a doctors appointment today so im gonna ask but just wondering if anyone else has had these.

I've been getting these spells since about 20 weeks.  My dr says it's my blood pressure dropping and could also be low blood sugar.  She told me to eat more small snacks more frequently and to lay down or elevate my feet.  It's still happening at almost 31 weeks so i've come to accept that it will probably last through the rest of my pregnancy.   I had an episode this morning...it took about 2 hours to go away.

I had the dizzy spells early on but they disappeared pretty quickly into 2nd Tri. They've come back the last 2 days and I found upping my water intake seemed to help a lot.
