Today is my due date!

So due date is here and i'm still pregnant. I'm not surprised. I know many people can go late but I was just hoping I was not one of them. oh well, baby will get here when its ready. My doctor is going to induce me by Friday if baby doesn't make an appearence this week. But i do hope it comes naturally!!

I would ask to be allowed to go a full 42 weeks but thats just me. GL!

It's very true that today isn't over! My girlfriend went in this morning with NO signs of dilation, and she's now having contractions about every 5 minutes and almost 4 cm already and heading to the hospital soon, so you never know. I do agree though that if baby doesn't come by Friday, going until 41 1/2 or 42 weeks would give you some more time to go naturally so you don't have to be induced. I hear when you are induced, it's much more intense. I am 37 1/2 weeks and although very anxious for baby to get here, hoping they get the full development they need and come on their own too. Whatever the case, it's very exciting, you almost there!

Congrats!! I hope your little one comes soon I'm 39 weeks today and still waiting (although she doesn't seem to be coming anytime soon).

I'm right there with you my dear.  My due date was Friday and I've been at 2 CM for two weeks, my contractions are bogus! LOL I've been walking, having sex and stll nothing.  You'd think being my 3rd this baby would slide right out! Oh no, it's because after two girls we're finally having a boy and he's stubborn just like his dad! I'll be induced on Friday as well my dear.  Good luck!!!
