Had my first baby dream and...

it was a girl!!!  I have always heard from people saying that their dreams always correctly predicted the gender.... any thoughts?
I even remember going inthe dream.. "It's a girl? Huh" lol

Re: Had my first baby dream and...

  • I always had boy dreams and it's a boy... but I have heard of multiple times that dreams have been wrong..

Are you team green? Since you dont know a gender yet and so far along?

  • I had two dreams and my DF had one dream saying it was a boy with our first and it was right. I'm not so sure if it was actual intuition or the fact that we both wanted a boy sooo bad lol.

This time around, we both have had a dream that it was girl.. we shall see hopefully on March 6.

Yep, we're team green.... well sort of. We both have always wanted a boy, but when I got pregnant I was sure we were having a girl, I kind of think it was my own way of preparing myself for a girl, because I eventually got excited for a  girl. then around 16 weeks, I was like, I have NO IDEA! lol.... we had our 18 week U/S and told the technician we didn't want to know... but then during the exam, we are pretty confident we saw some "junk" between the thighs... we didn't verify it... so we're all over the place in guessing! ha ha ha

  • We are team green and I have lots of dreams and they have been both girl and boy dreams!
  • I've heard people say that the baby is the opposite gender of what you've dreamed. I don't think either thought process is fool proof. It's fun to wonder, but I've had dreams my baby is a boy and dreams of it being a girl...so I don't think that helps lol.
  • I dreamed of both genders with my first.  The most vivid dream was my 20 week U/S, and the tech put the wand down right on the boy parts.  Everyone yelled 'it's a boy!' and I woke up.  I was team green and had a girl.  Dreams are dreams, don't use them as diagnostic tools.
