Replied, although it may be redundant. Since I have been here more than 8 years, do I need to leave off past employers before that or just pick relevant ones? Job is call center project management. I dont know how substitute teaching or managing a candle shop will help although some aspects may be relevant.

I try to cover the last 10 years. If there are any time gaps on your resume, the employer will likely ask you about them.

And you never know. I mean, substitute teaching and candle-shop management can be highlighted to show off your leadership skills.

Thank you. I made a few small changes that worked better with your suggestions and it looks great. I already posted it on Monster and will be sending in some aps with that too. I feel really blessed to have random interwebz strangers who are so helpful and supportive.
