? about soft spots

I brought my DD to her 18 month checkup and the doc mentioned how her soft spot still hasn't closed.  I think it has gotten smaller (it used to take up about 3 of my fingers, and now only about 2).  Dose anyone else have a LO whose soft spot wasn't completely closed by 18 months?

I haven't noticed a soft spot on my sons head, so I guess his is closed up.  I'm sure every baby is different.  If your doctor didn't seem worried about it, I wouldn't worry either.
