Your Favorite Item for Baby

Just curious- what is your favorite item that you've registered for or bought for your baby that is different than the normal stuff (pack n play, crib, diapers).  So far I haven't bought much fun stuff so I'm hoping for fun ideas for things I haven't seen.

 He won't be able to use this for a bit but I love the idea of a jumper with the mat underneath that makes music.

I rec'd one of those light up Fisher Price things that plays music and goes in the crib.  It is a jungle scene and has real water flowing up and down.  The little animals swing back and forth and  it plays soothing sounds or songs.  I love it!  I played with it immediately after the shower was over.

We haven't gotten YET! We hope to get it today. We are going to get a platypus. When I first got pregnant and I was showing DH the week to week pictures that I have on my ticker and one week he said it looked like a platypus. So I thought it would be cute to get a platypus stuffed animal.

One of my co-workers got this Twilight Turtle for DD when she was born.   She loves it so much, we bought another one for LO #2!

The Twilight Turtle is my favorite thing we got that we registered for in addition to the Lamaze Moose toy. They are so cute. My favoite thing I bought is the most adorable newborn hoodie I have ever seen. I got it for .25 at a Mom-2-Mom sale.

Hands down the Fisher Price Seahorse. DD has used it since day 1 in her crib and she's almost 2 and uses it every night. It's cute, she's now in a big girl bed and when she goes to bed at night she pushes its belly to turn it on and just stares at it while it plays. It's like it mesmerizes her. The beauty of it is that it plays for like 5-7 minutes (enough to lull them to sleep) whereas some of the other sound things are such a short time you have to keep hitting them.

Just lurkin'  cause i kinda miss being pg.....your baby will LOVE this!!  For a long time, hopefully too!!!  I remember DS1 would wake up early in the am when he was like 18 months old and I'd hear him playing with it/pushing buttons for 20-30 min before we had to come get him.

   My Blooming Bath!!!! I LOVE it! Plus, we'll be able to use it for DD#2 from the time she's born til she's sturdy enough not to slip in the regular tub.

I have several but right now I choose Take Along Tunes cause baby loves to move when I put it on my belly!

Be Careful! We had this and the water leaked out of the toy! I called and they told me there was nothing they could do.

This! I love the Fisher Price Sooth and Glow Seahorse. I have been fascinated by it ever since I saw in when I registered and in fact, I just bought it yesterday for my LO! First thing that SO and I bought specifically for him
