Potty training question?

So DD has been using the toilet to pee and poop in pretty consistently for a few weeks now. I had a potty at home and that just wasn't working for us and our sitter was using a potty seat on the toilet and she said she had no problems. Sure enough, I bought a potty seat to put on the toilet and magic! She pees right away and then poops. She also tells me 90% of the time when she needs to poop and then heads towards the bathroom.

My question is, at what point do I take away diapers at night and nap times? She still pees at night and will occasionally poop during her nap. I obviously want to make sure she is ready and not force anything but I also would like to have her trained before August so I don't have 2 babies in diapers at the same time! lol So any advice on how to go about doing this would be great! TIA!

You will pretty much have to wait until she is consistently dry & clean through nap/bedtime.  Being nighttime trained usually takes longer than being daytime trained.

put her in big girl underwear during the day and do pull ups or diapers for nap and bed time until she stops etting in them during the night

IDK, my son is 3 1/2 and I still put a night pull up on him b/c once and a while he will still wet the bed, like once a month maybe.  BUT, I hate changing wet sheets in the morning when I'm rushed and having to bathe them completely, so I still do a night pull up.   My older son is 5 and I stopped doing a night pull up on him at age 4 and he's only had 1 accident since then.  But, I keep hearing boys take longer then girls!

Alright well it looks like I will keep focusing on potty training for the day and then see about night training later on. Thanks for the advice ladies!
