MMR SHOT REACTIONS?

I am not starting any debate about vaccines or mmr shot.  Just wanted to know if anyone's dc had any reaction to the MMR shot at all (red bump, fever, rash......anything?)  DS is due for this shot in about a month and I was just curious/ and a little anxious about what to expect.  Shots haven't bothered him yet.  TIA!

No reactions.  Well, except for the reaction of not catching the measles when they were spreading around town.

A fever.  DD had a fever for a few days.  And a rash around where the shot was given.  I didn't let them give it to her until she was 15 months.

My DS had a rash and a fever about 5 days after the shots.  It's pretty normal to have a "reaction" like that.  It is the first shot they get that is a live virus, so it wouldn't matter if they're never had a reaction before.  That kind of reaction is pretty harmless.  They just need tylenol and can still go out of the house and all.

Yes, DS had a reaction to his MMR about a week after he got it. I went in to his room one morning to get him out of his crib and when I saw him I freaked!! He looked like he had measles... he had red bumps/splotches all over his body. He was literally covered in them from head to toe. He acted fine though and didn't run a fever or anything. It took a good 3 or 4 days to go away completely.
