My sister's pregnant

It will be their 2nd. They have a 3 year-old who was IUI. She had 2 MCs before him and 2 after (most recently last year at 4 months pregnant). She's 40. She's obese. They've obviously been trying forever, so finger's crossed that this one sticks!

I hope her pregnancy goes well. How sad she's had so many miscarriages.
