I just got mine yesterday.  Haven't gotten a chance to hook it up and try it out yet though.

Mine is hooked up.  I haven't used it for diapers but played with it when my husband hooked it up.  My husband said that there were two rings included but not on the directions which caused it to leak at first - once he figured it out we were good to do.  I really like the flo control seems like there is a lot of pressure choices for whatever is needed.
