We're planning on getting takeout for Valentine's Day. The place we chose has pretty much everything available, from salads to pizza to full-on entrees.
DH and I are still somewhat recovering from a weekend of norovirus that swept through the house. The most solid food I've had is toast or tortilla chips. My appetite is slowly returning, but I'm not exactly ready to tuck into a steak and baked potatoes.
So if you were me, what would you get? Would a salad be too much? Maybe soup and a small side?

My soup choices were tomato bisque (yay acid), clam chowder (I hate seafood), and french onion soup (gag).
I went with chicken piccata with fettucine. I am still not well, as I was done after a few bites of each and my tummy was rumbling for a half hour.
*sigh*
