Can a growth spurt last a week??!

DS is one month old today. For the last week he has gone back to waking every 1.5-2hrs to eat (he was previously doing every 3-4).  When he wakes he is showing all the hunger signs so I think this is what is waking him up.  He is EBF and I am feeding on demand.  I assumed this was a growth spurt, but everything I have read says they usually only last a couple days and we are on day 7 today.  Has anyone had their LO's last a week or longer?  I think he is getting enough milk, he is having tons of wet diapers as well as 2-3 poop diapers a day.  His poop has changed some from brighter yellow to darker yellow/green.  He has also been fussier, especially in the evenings and no longer will sleep in his crib.  He wants to be held all the time. Does this sound like a growth spurt to you or something else?  TIA

Lo changes every week.. She went two weeks sttn then completely regressed and had a week of no sleeping. It changes every few days now! My lo even goes fro Only sleeping on me to self soothing in crib to only sleeping in swing and hating being held. They just arnt very consistent so expect whatever lol
