Hang in there. 3-6 weeks was the hardest time for me. The birth high is worn off and the cumulative sleep deprivation is just starting to get to you. Just know it gets better.
Sleep where i don't wake up covered in sweat and panicking that I have crushed my baby (who is sleeping in a cradle next to the bed). This has been happening nightly during my glorious 2 hr stretches.

I remember those nights. I wanted to cry from happiness the first time my kids did that glorious 8 hour stretch (8pm-4am). Then I wanted to throw a party the first night they did the 8pm-8am stretch. Sleep is a wonderful thing.

Dont we all. I just started work today and my DD thought last night would be the first time to be up all night. I think I went to bed around 3 and got up at 6:30. I have 3 more hours till I can go home. I can't wait to see my LO then take a nap. (if DH still has BM in the freezer) Fingers crossed.

Re: I miss....
Yep, that's what I'm doing right now. She slept 8 hours last night and I had issues all day yesterday so tonight I made myself get up.
