We don't have any traditions or crafts... my DH even was saying the other day that he was surprised the people really do much by way of decorating for the day. He more thought of just celebrating the day, not doing all the decorating and such...

We made Valentine hearts -- my MIL sent dd a foam heart and foam heart stickers to decorate it with:
DD also painted at her easel and after it dried, I cut small hearts out of it and sent it to our family members, including her birthmom.
