Cold Medicine

My mind is racing... I have a list of safe medications to take from my doctor. Have been miserably sick for a week now and it's only getting worse. I can't sleep, breathe, etc. and I need sleep soon! I am only about 5 weeks pregnant. My safe medication list said Tylenol Sinus was ok to take, but when reading stories online now I am worried. HELP???

I have tried everything. Hot showers, breathe right strips, saline spray, nothing is working.

A lot of people are wary about taking meds in first trimester.  IMO if your doctor has said ok, I would go for it when it's definitely needed.  And if you're having trouble eating/sleeping, I'd say you need it.
