Gina?
Vanna?
Gigi?
Gigi or Gia are adorable. Or maybe Vani(Vonny) or Goni(Jonny) or just Gee if you cant get your husband on board, but more than likely that would turn into Gigi anyway.
Van & Gio sound more masculine to me.
*Edited for spelling
gigi
anna
gia
Tantek:Gina?Vanna? Gigi?
These are what came to mind for me too. Love Gigi for a NN!

Gigi is good too! Gio sounds like a cheap car...in my opinion
Whatever you choose...OWN IT!
I would have said Gia. Could also use Gianna, Anna, Jovie...
