fever/vomiting/sulfur smelling gas (tmi eww i know)

gross, i know. my 15 month old vomited during the night (woke up with vomit on the sheets but i didn't hear him vomit) and vomited once a half hour after waking up but hasn't since. at noon today he started ripping the grossest gas that smells like sulfur/rotten eggs. he now has a mild fever (101). his #1s and #2s are normal.

don't think i need to call the pedi as of now, but wondering if it's a stomach bug or what. just gave tylenol for the fever.

has anyone dealt with a baby illness with the stinky egg gas? ugh! thanks.

I would say it could be rotavirus if he gets diarrhea next.  Whenever it went through the daycare the room smelled sooooo bad!  Different than just a normal stomach virus.
