severe headache

I have such a horrible headache but just on the right side of my head...just for curiousity I checked my bp (had high bp in 3rd tri with my DD and DS) and it was 140/95 (usually 140/80)...really don't feel like calling the Dr...any advice on how to help lower my numbers?

    Rest as much as possible and then take your BP after resting.  If it's still elevated I would call your OB.  Actually, I would let my OB know anyway because of your history.
