Last weekend as a family of 2!

A friend posted on my FB wall today to enjoy our last weekend as a family of 2. I know that my c-section is scheduled for Monday, but it never dawned on me that we would be home as a family of 3 next weekend!

I'm stunned and excited and nervous and anxious!

It was a long 30ish month journey to pregnancy, and honestly, the last 9 months have simply flown by! I can't wait to meet my daughter, but I think I'm going to sit and enjoy the last couple of days with my precious inside baby miracle

This is our 2nd to last weekend as a twosome that we know of! Exciting!

I've been thinking the same thing all week.  This is the last week that I'll be Mommy to just DD#1.  She's 5 so we've had so much time just her and I.  I wouldn't trade it for the world.  And now they'll be 2 little loves of my life.  It's hard to believe.  

My c-section is Monday too!  Good luck!

O wow! I just realized that too when I read this! Next weekend, we have a permanent little guest in our home! I can't wrap my head around it!

We've been saying the same thing as I'm scheduled for a c-section on wednesday.  We went to church and then out to eat tonight, and I thought, by this time next week, we'll have our new little one home with us!
