I'm losing my baby :(

Been having mild cramps which I know is normal but was also having what felt like painful gas pains for 2 days. Felt a little better yesterday but last night when I wiped I saw some EWCM and bright red streaks of blood. I woke up this morning with much more blood.  I called the dr this morning and they said I am most likely miscarrying and take it easy and if I start passing clots to go in or call back.  I don't know what to feel right now but I'm afraid my baby is gone

I know it's hard to wait this out. I started bleeding at the beginning of this week and went to get an ultrasound and the baby looked great and the heartbeat was strong and then started bleeding a little heavier, had to get a progesterone shot in my booty and now im just bleeding/spotting brown when i wipe. any type of bleeding is considered a threatened miscarriage. i do believe that if you saw just a few streaks you are fine. i know that's way easier said than done. and the waiting game sucks. trust me, i know. but lets hang tight girl and pray for the best.

Thank you everyone.  The bleeding has gotten heavier so I'm not sure there is much hope but I will be going in on Monday.

This. The waiting is the worst. I'm so sorry, my T&P are with you that this isn't the case. I think you should go in on Monday for sure, they can do bloodwork or an ultrasound.
