It tastes and smells horrible but Liam actually likes the stuff (I've even gotten a "Yum, medicine!" a few times after giving it). It has iron in it but if your LO doesn't need it I would go with Tri-Vi-Sol or another liquid supplement.
We do Flintstones gummies, but I think they also have the chewables. I haven't missed a prenatal vitamin since I started giving them to DD... She always remembers about "Bi-mens".

Poly-vi-sol and a DHA supplement (I use Dr Sears)
DS who is 3.5 takes gummie vitamins & DHA gummies from costco.
