Hi, again! Thanks for the info re Dr. Trongone. Quick question for you: Are there multiple docs in the practice? How did it work for you in terms of who delivered for you? Thanks!!

    He is a lone practitioner and he delivered me. He share offices with Siedman and Aronovich (also have friends in that practice and they rave about that practice too) and they cover vacations for one another but I never saw them. I never had a problem getting in to see him and his wait times are not bad. He has a wonderful manner and his staff is great. I am very picky about doctors since I am not an easy case and he makes me feel like its no big deal. Other doctors would scare the crap out of me about this or that but nothing ruffles his feathers and he is always kinds and compassionate. It took a long time to find a good fit for me and he is it. I feel I get very personal attention and he rarely needs to check my chart to know my history and its so wonderful not to have to repeat my life story every time I see him!

    How far along are you and how old is your little one?

    Wow! That is so rare and awesome! Almost every practice nowadays has multiple doctors and it's always up in the air with who delivers. I love the doc I had for DD and saw him at every single appt, and then one of the other 2 docs in the practice delivered DD b/c that one doc was simply on-call for deliveries at the time. I had only met the delivering doc once. I knew this going into it, and it ended up being perfectly fine, but I have always thought how nice it would be to have a working relationship (for at least 9 mos) with the same doc that delivered for you! Thank you so much for the info! I'm going to make an appt! He sounds wonderful.

    DD is almost 17 mos old, and I'm not pregnant again just yet. We plan on TTC this summer to aim for ~2.5-yr age gap, but I'm due for a yearly checkup and don't have a new doc since we moved this past summer. I want to start seeing someone that we'll stick with through our next pregnancy and delivery.
