Tylenol or Advil while BF?

I can never remember which one is OK to take while BF (or pregnant).

I'm about to go in for my IUD insertion and I can't remember which of the two they suggested to take... and the office won't open before I need to go in

Help!!!

You can take tylenol while pregant.  The hospital gave me advil then 3 hours later gave me tylenol and they knew I was BF.
