crib...now what

So, starting our bedtime routine. She's been bathed, fed and changed. We have the lullaby/noise machine on. She is fine and then every 2 minutes will cry. We go in, softly rub her stomach and put the pacifier back in and leave. then, 2 mins later, repeat.

 Do we just repeat this over and over?? What now!

Could it be gas?  If so, maybe try giving her gas drops to see if that lessens how often she cries.  Does she keep spitting the pacifier out and that wakes her up?  Our DS has yet to learn how to suck well enough to keep the pacifier in his mouth on his own so we don't put him to bed with it.

Did you just move her to the crib?  The first night we moved DS from the RnP in our room to the crib he did this for about 2 hrs or so we went in about every 5 minutes or so to comfort him once he fell asleep he slept for 5 hrs straight.  The next night he only fussed for about 10 minutes and now he will sleep in his crib just fine.
