Advice with major milestones!

My LO is 21mo and I am 18wks pregnant. I'm having trouble deciding on when to potty train, switch to a big bed, and take paci away at nap/night time. A lot of ppl say don't even start potty training til after baby bc they will just revert back after baby is born. Anyone have expericence with this? Also I don't know if she is too young to switch beds yet or not. I don't want to have sleepless nights fighting her right now while im preggers cause it just won't be fun lol. I feel like i should take paci away before all of these but I just don't know the timeline I should do them all since having this baby is going to be such a change for LO. Any advice on any of this would be great!

I borrowed a second crib and kept DS1 in a crib until we could climb out.  I wanted to "cage him in" as long as I could.

I PTed about 3 months after DS2 was born and I waited because of the reason you said-I was afraid of regression.   I didn't want to have to PT twice.

As far as the paci, I know my friend had the "paci fairy" come to the house.  LO had to go around the house and get all the pacis because they would be given to the new baby, since pacis are for babies.  In return, her DD got a new big girl toy.  Worked for her!
