His first cold! So sad!

Any of your LO's sick with a cold (yet)? My little 5.5 week has had a cold/ cough for about 4 days now. It's sooooo SAD to see him cough and get frustrated! The worst part is that I gave it to him cause I was sick last week, I feel so bad! I had not gone many places with him but I obviously picked up a bug - I was just saying how lucky I was to not be sick my entire pregnancy, etc - I jinxed us :-(

Make sure to wash your hands a ton to try to avoid this!

Are you BFing? I read that even if you do get sick your antibodies help to make it a lot less severe for the LO even if they do get it. If not, no worries either not judging. I don't have my baby yet but I can only imagine its heartbreaking to watch your child have something wrong, even minor and not be able to do much to help ease the discomfort. I hope he gets better soon.

Yes, BFing - hopefully that has helped make it not so bad. Looking back, I probably would not have gone out at all before 5 weeks and would have washed my hands a ton more (even though I washed them tons and used tons of anti-bacterial gel, etc.)

LO had a cold about a week ago.  He caught it from DH and then I caught it after LO did.  Luckily he got over it pretty quickly...DH on the otherhand still is fighting it.

My LO has a cold and has had it for about a week. It is starting to get better now but it is hard to watch them sick. She got it from my SO and now I have it too. She doesn't seem too bothered by it unless. I think I am more bothered by it than she is.
