makes me want to run home and teach DS#1 what to do. He's so friendly with strangers (even though I tell him not to be) it scares me and I never let him out of my sight for this reason.
That literally made me cry - she is so lucky! I can't imagine leaving my little girl in the toy aisle to play while I shopped in the fruit section, but I'm not judging the mom. Just saying that it's things like this that mean my daughter will never have the freedom I had growing up!

Agreed. I mean, I get worried letting DS#1 play outside in front of our house, who knows who could drive by and snatch him ...yet another reason we have camera's outside our house. Growing up we ALWAYS played outside and in the street, etc. Now though, so many people just fly through neighborhoods without any concern to look for kids.
Two things. First, that's amazing and she is sooo lucky. Everyone comments on how Jackson doesn't smile at strangers and is not super friendly to them as if it is a negative thing. It makes me so thankful that he is suspicious.
Second, this is a good reminder to not let LO play with random toys in the store! That little girl was in there spreading strep all over everything. :P
