I dont know anything about Frame strollers...  do they just work with the infent car seats? Or can you put a stroller seat in once they out grow the car seat?

They work with the infant (bucket) carseats.

Look on craigslist, people sell these ALL the time since they are very handy, but you don't use them all that long. I got mine for $10.

They only work with infant car seats.  We bought one from a resale shop for $15.  I wanted one so I didn't have to use the bulky stroller all the time when DH isn't with me.
