Allergy to WCM? or Apple Juice? or ... ?

OK, so in the last few days, since, Monday LO has had all these raised bumps, ALL over his body.  Yesterday they appeared on his face too.

The only thing I can think of that is constantly given to him is WCM, watered down apple juice, string cheese, yogurt and an optional breakfast bar.

I'm wondering if I should take him to the pedi for testing ...but I've never had allergy testing done ...can anyone give me a heads up?

What about eliminating those items from his diet and introducing them one at a time to see how he reacts?

I'm thinking its the WCM, its the only thing he gets over the evening hours.  But I don't have anything else I can give him at night ...he unfortunately is not sleeping through the night yet.

AND, this morning his ear was filled with goop ...so maybe its part of that?!   I can cut out everything but the milk since he gets a bottle when he wakes

You can still try cutting the milk by giving him a toddler formula in the meantime.  Alexander actually still drinks the toddler formula because he won't drink milk (yet...I'm working on it!)
