here's a scenario that has happened. you go to buy a $250 britix carseat from target and the price is $39.99. do you email the company and notify them of the glitch? do you order one anyway and not say anything?

I wouldn't say anything and order a few... however, from what I know about Target, once it's caught they don't ship the item to you...

I can't remember what was marked down by mistake, but lots of nesties bought it and no one got it....
