I just have to tell you- I am baking those cookies and my house smells like HEAVEN!

I am making them for O's pre-school class so I used mini chips and a melon baller to scoop them- they are so stinkin' cute!

 

Oh and I didn't have extra large egss so I just used 1/2 of an extra egg white and it worked perfectly!

I think the recipe calls for a small can!

 

I ususally underbake them a tad to keep them chewy- they are so YUMMY heated up w/ a cup of coffee in the morning!

Good. ? I am excited to make them tonight. ?I don't drink coffee often (hurts my kidneys), but I can imagine it is delish.
