I am having pressure in my va jay jay. Which is sending sharp pains down my thighs. The pain gets so bad I can not walk nor talk. Is this labor or what is this?

Could be. Hard to tell.

Call your doctor's nurse hotline and tell them what's going on.

I did but they keep saying take a tylenol an drink water an relax....but that is not working.

Then call them back and tell them it's not working. If it's really unbearable, go to the ER.

I have been getting a sharp pain down my right inner thigh for about a week now.  It goes as quick as it comes, but it nearly knocks me on my butt.  Last night, it happened about 4-5 times in a 10 minute window.  It feels as though it is nerve related.  My assumption is that baby is laying on a nerve or something???

I would assume the baby is laying on a nerve - but if you're concerned, I'd keep calling your OB's office or go to the ER.  Better to be the paranoid preggo than for something to be wrong and ignore it.
