What I wouldn't give for dear M to feel better! We are supposed to go to fl. Tomorrow am for 5 days and she is sick with an ear infection and nasty cold! The MD said to go but we are on the fence bc she has so much mucous that she keeps throwing up from Coughing. We are on pajamas numero dos and shes has had two baths! What would you all do? My biggest fear is puke on the plane. Oh and I miss the days of breastmilk puke this throwing up WCM is nasty!!!

Can you change your tickets without losing a ton of $? How is she feeling other than the cough/congestion? If it were me: I would go if I felt like LO felt ok. Some quart sized ziplock bags on the plane should take care of the possible pukies GL!

She was on and off today miserable Then playing. We won't lose $ in Plane tickets but will lose $300 for the hotel reservation.

How long is the flight? A congested kid can mean a miserable flight...especially when they are congested with an ear infection. I can't tell you if you should or shouldn't go...only you can make that call. Sorry I am no help and hope your LO feels better soon! Have fun in Florida...if you make it there.

Yuck! In that case I would probably consider staying home, but like PP said, only you can decide that...

Poor baby, sounds like she's been miserable! I've never flown with DS, but I think the change in air pressure would really hurt her ears with the ear infection?

I don't know what I would do! I would want to stay home, but with it being a big trip, I'd be tempted to just go through with it. That is such a tough call!
