hi ladies, ive never really posted any questions on this board but i really enjoy reading everyone's posts...they've really helped me, im a FTM!
i am EBF and want to continue until april then start adding in formula gradually. my supply is so low i'm worried i wont be able to keep up with his demands not to mention i want to have a frozen supply. i started taking fenugreek yesterday to help with this issue. has it helped anyone? how fast does it work? notice any side effects? TIA
Re: fenugreek..does it work...how fast?
I never really BF, but did pump for a while. The LC at the hospital recommended I try fenugreek. It didn't work for me unfortunately and I didn't even make it a month giving DS a bottle of BM a day.
Hope it works better for you!

Wow! This is pumping after feeds? How often do you pump? You are exclusively BFing? I'd love to get this much. I usually just pump once a day in the morning about an hour after feeding and usually get 3-5 ounces. Can you share your routine while feeding LO as well?
My LO eats about every 3-4 hours and I pump twice a day. I pump before going to sleep (an hour after LO eats and goes to sleep), and in the morning (an hour after LO eats and goes to sleep). I'm going back to work in April so I am determined to have a freezer stash.
