DS will not burp!!!

I put him in every position and he just will not burp! Sometimes he seems upset and needing it, other times he doesn't. Sometimes he burps before I even get him on my shoulder, in my face, lol. Anyways it's driving me bananas! Anyone else have this problem?

My LO sometimes doesn't burp as well... Just depends on the air intake, I guess.

I was thinking this too. But it seems like his norm is not burping so that's why it's making me scratch my head.

As long as he doesn't act like it is bothering him, he will be fine.

I asked my ped about this since my little man is so gassy but so hard to burp.  He said that try for 1-2 minutes and if he doesn't burp then its okay.  We are told to keep him upright after eating for at least 30 minutes and we have found that this is helping with the burping as often he will do it on his own after he wouldn't do it for us.
