Strange smelling urine

My DD's urine has a stronge smell these last couple of days.. could this be the sign of some type of infection? We have been giving her alot more water to try and flush her out. Anyone dealt with this before. TIA

I would call the pedi.  This happened to my DD and it turned out she had a UTI.  Luckily we caught it early.

Did you change what she is eating? Diet can change urine odor.
